About the event
Led by Margaret and Thomas.
Each guest will have a comfortable, en-suite room, full board, soft drinks and snacks throughout their stay and the use of a gym.
Friday evening will give guests a chance to settle in and meet others on the retreat with an opportunity for informal chats.
On Saturday morning there will be an optional walk (weather permitting) with the morning session looking at the very specific trauma effects of betrayal. Gentle group work will allow guests to explore their experience with others on the retreat and to have the support of therapists. There will be plenty of time to rest and relax – this I cannot stress enough. Reflection, journalling and some group chats will take up most of the day with private time late afternoon. Following dinner there will be time to assess, reassess and share ideas and set self-care goals. A reflection and de-briefing session will conclude the weekend after breakfast on the Sunday morning.
Follow up calls and a London meeting later in the year will be available to all guests after the weekend.
Cost for 2 night stay, full board and ensuite room with use of conference centre facilities is £695 pp.
